Michelle Zweck

Michelle brings to her high-energy presentations and workshops a wealth of experience. Michelle has managed the Corporate and Staff development areas of a number of Commonwealth Departments. Most recently Michelle has been the Executive Director of CommNet SA. CommNet SA was a business unit within the Commonwealth Government that provided conferences and events, consulting services and networks for staff in the Commonwealth. Michelle developed the business and was successful in attracting staff from all levels of government and private enterprise to its services.

Michelle has accreditation in Situational Leadership II®, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Steps I & II), Team Management Systems, What Makes People Tick?, and has used these models extensively with groups. Michelle is passionate about assisting teams to work together and is currently engaged in research regarding Fun in the Workplace. Michelle has recently completed training in coaching with the University of NSW. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in the Social Sciences from the Flinders University of South Australia

Michelle is an experienced public speaker and chairs corporate events. She most recently chaired an Investor Forum for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and was the guest speaker for the Australian Institute of Office Professionals, Office Professionals Day. Her first formal training in presenting and facilitating was on the thirteen day New Entry Lecturers Method of Instruction Course (NELMIC) conducted by TAFE in the late 80's and early 90's. Michelle was asked to return to the course as a facilitator soon after she had been a participant on the course. Michelle developed her skills by completing training in Creating Training Miracles and Creative Training Techniques. She completed 8 days of intensive training in the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Advanced Presentation Skills with Maxxum International Training and Research. Michelle holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training

Michelle is also an experienced singer and stage performer. She has performed at a number of events and spent six years in the Chorus of the State Opera of South Australia. She is a qualified Image Consultant. Michelle passes on her varied experience and expertise to the groups she works with.
